Welcome To Savannah Lakes Naples Reserve
Savannah Lakes is an established neighborhood of 116 single-family homes within Naples Reserve in South Naples. Set among four lakes near the Island Club, it offers coastal-inspired residences, private outdoor living and a convenient position within the larger resort community.
Homes in Savannah Lakes were built by Ashton Woods and D.R. Horton, creating a selection of floor plans and finishes for full-time and seasonal living. Because the neighborhood has a limited number of residences, there may not always be a home available. Register below to receive an alert when a new Savannah Lakes property comes to market.
Savannah Lakes is distinguished by 64-foot homesites and a collection of one- and two-story plans. Many residences enjoy lake or landscaped views, screened lanais and private pools or spas. The neighborhood was developed primarily from the mid-2010s through 2020.
When comparing homes, buyers should look beyond square footage and consider homesite exposure, outdoor-living improvements, storm protection, interior updates, lake frontage and current Naples Reserve HOA and CDD obligations.
Savannah Lakes residents can enjoy the broader Naples Reserve amenity collection, including the lagoon-style resort pool, fitness center, Sunset Beach, tennis, pickleball, bocce, beach volleyball and waterfront recreation. Kayaks, paddleboards and other small craft make Eagle Lake part of everyday community life.
The Reserve Club provides a casual place to dine, have a drink and enjoy community entertainment. Walking and biking routes, Kids Cove and two dog parks add variety for households with different interests.
