Berkshire Lakes is a deed restricted community of Single family homes, Villas, Coach Homes and Condominiums. Located at the intersection of Santa Barbara Boulevard and Radio Road, it is convenient to Shopping, Banking, Restaurants, Downtown Naples, Beaches, Medical facilities, Interstate I-75 and County Road 951 / Collier Boulevard to Marco Island. It is a community of 1639 units comprised of 669 Single family homes and 970 units of condominiums, villas and Coach homes nestled around seven lakes. Berkshire Lakes was developed by Coast Communities Corporation which avoided the typical grid layout of streets. Our streets are winding for a country effect, all buildings with varied designs are set back and cross street are minimal resulting in an array of cul-de-sacs adding to the ambiance and esthetics of the community. Landscaping is varied with native trees and plantings creating a pleasing and well groomed appearance.
