January 2025 saw a 12% year-over-year increase in closed sales, with 551 transactions compared to 492 in January 2024.     • Luxury Market: Listings in the $5 million+ range grew nearly 20% to 499 active listings.

Geographically, North Naples (zip codes 34109, 34110, 34119) saw a 5% sales increase, with single-family home prices up 13.4% to $730,000. Central Naples condominiums experienced a 13.5% price decline to $311,250.
