Pine Ridge Estates custom home crated by Weber Design Group
Construction has concluded on a custom home designed by local architecture and planning firm Weber Design Group and built by Preferred Builders of Florida.
Situated on over 2 acres in Naples Pine Ridge Estates , this transitional Tuscan style home offers almost 8,000 square feet of elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces. Completed in a stucco finish with towering stone features with ornate brackets and gable ends, the home's exterior exudes a stately curb appeal. An oversized three-car garage features a raised central bay with triple recessed architectural embellishments for added aesthetic interest.
From the circular drive, a curved arch entry system features large double wooden doors accented by decorative glass inserts as well as a palatial window above. Upon entering the grand foyer, the formal living areas are appropriately positioned allowing for an easy transition defined by unique ceiling designs, French sliding glass doors, and vistas of the pool and landscaping beyond. The formal dining room hosts a palladium window, built-in hutch with buffet space and access to the nearby butler's pantry that conveniently connects to the gourmet kitchen. This dining space was designed for an exquisite round table positioned beneath a suspended chandelier just below the coffered ceiling.
The left side of this home is dedicated to the homeowner's quarters and includes a luxury bath and formal study. The spacious bedroom is complimented by a double coffer ceiling, five fixed glass transom windows and French sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. A large planter completed in natural stone features a water fountain and provides serene views.
The elegantly appointed master bath is reminiscent of a spa with private dressing area and a large vestibule serving both his and her walk-in closets. A freestanding tub sits beneath a palatial glass window and separates the oversized vanities and linen closets. Another vestibule hosts the water closet and walk-in shower which uniquely features direct access to an outdoor trellis-capped shower surrounded by fragrant foliage and natural stone privacy wall.
Back through the formal living areas, a unique built-in wet bar with wine cooler, icemaker, sink and additional storage acts as a transition to the casual living areas of the home. The kitchen, family room and dinette are all generously proportioned spaces hosting a variety of unique features. The kitchen hosts a spacious walk-in pantry and large double islands — one that serves as maximum preparation space, while the other includes a chef's sink flanked by two dishwashers and seating. A double coffered ceiling with wood beams ascends to a skylight that tops out at 21 feet and floods the kitchen with natural light. The radial dinette allows even more natural light into these spaces via an 8-foot mitered glass window.
The large family room includes a wood-burning fireplace and continues the double coffered ceiling with a tongue and groove finish and large exposed wood beams. This room also features zero-corner sliding glass doors that flank the fireplace and pocket behind it, allowing for a seamless transition to the covered lanai and outdoor kitchen.
Two guest rooms, each with private baths and walk-in closets encompass the right side of the home. Both feature personal patios topped with trellises and accessed by double French doors. An in-home studio/workspace is located just off the pool bath and overlooks a large koi pond with water fountain feature. This room boasts a high vaulted ceiling, sliding glass doors and three large casement windows which allows for an ample amount of natural light to flood this space too.
From the three-car garage, a mud area and storage closet share a wall with the massive utility room. This multifunctional room sits adjacent to the powder bath and has plenty of cabinet and counter top space as well as a large wash sink.
The thoughtfully designed outdoor living areas of this home serve as the hub for all outdoor activities with enough seating space to accommodate several table and lounging arrangements. The outdoor kitchen includes all the amenities one would expect — a gas grill, refrigerator, ice maker and sink as well as a Big Green Egg that adds a unique option for preparing meals outdoors.
